For Mentoring Services:

As Chartered Geologists regulated by the Science Council, we wish to extend to you a duty of care. This means we will try to help you as far as we can with any queries you may have. Despite best endeavours on both sides you may feel the service provided is not what you wanted. In this case we will refund you the last hour of this service.

For Products:

Our products that are sold are provided for your personal use; they are not for sharing and should not be reproduced in any form in any format. Money will be refunded if within 7 days of purchase you feel the product has not been of any help.

For Management Services: A contract will be drawn up describing the requirements to be met and this will be agreed by both parties and become the basis for payment before the event.
